Everyone needs a little support sometimes. MAC Harlow is your one-stop shop for practical support, advice and guidance – whatever you’re dealing with. It’s free and open to everyone – no referral needed. The idea is simple: when people need support, especially during challenging times, they shouldn't have to navigate multiple appointments with different organisations. Instead, they can access a range of services in one place, at the same time, helping them get the support they need before issues reach crisis point.

From 𝟮𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁, the new Multi-Agency Centre (MAC) Harlow will bring a range of organisations together under one roof, making it easier for people to access free advice, guidance and practical support on issues including: Housing, rent and council tax; Benefits, budgeting and debt; Work, education and training; Homelessness; Domestic abuse; Drugs and alcohol; Social care; Mental health and Volunteering.
