The Parent Hood Hub

The Parent Hood Hub® is a community hub in Latton Bush which offers a mixture of free and low-cost sessions for families with children under five. It's focus is to bring people together to reduce social isolation and support family wellbeing through sessions including: Postnatal yoga, family movement, peer-to-peer support and school readiness sessions.

The Parent Hood of Harlow CIC is a community hub in Bush Fair which offers a range of term time activities including:

  • Mothers Moving Postnatal Yoga-Social aims to rebuild physical and mental health as well as encourage social connections.  £4.50 a session when booking a course (£6 for individual sessions).
  • We Move Family Movement. A family music, movement and performance class designed to engage both the child (2-5y) and adult together. Free but donations are welcome. 
  • Mothers Meeting. An informal meet-up with refreshments for parents with babies under 3 years old. A safe space for parents to ask questions, share knowledge and provide peer-to-peer support. Free but donations are welcome.
