Further info

Adults: A large sensory garden that is a relaxing place to work in, enjoy craft and games or have a cuppa
General gardening activities such as planting seeds and weeding
Carpentry and painting skills are taught when building items such as raised beds

Children: Activities that help to increase confidence, explore sensory play, learn about the environment and take part in creative outside games. From learning about the environment to growing from seed to plate, activities are varied  to coincide with the different seasons and utilise different skills eg: hand eye coordination, imaginative play etc.
Activities include sowing faster growing plants (such as microgreens and radishes) so that harvesting is a quicker result.

Dungeons and Dragons: There are two Dungeons and Dragons groups for teenagers and adults,  giving the opportunity to meet new people, build social skills with peers, use imagination and reduce screen time. Our sessions also include learning how to paint minifigures and playing board games.
