Roots to Wellbeing: Chair or mat based Yoga
Our 'Chair or Mat based Yoga' is part of our exercise to support people with long term health conditions or recovery from injuries. We cater for all levels and can grade the support you have or need to enhance your wellbeing. Whether you're seated in a chair or on a mat, this gentle practice combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and a short meditation to create a nurturing space for relaxation and inner calm. There is a charge for this service.
'Chair or Mat based Yoga' supports conditions including: lower back pain, Arthritis, hypermobility, chronic fatigue, Diabetes, low or high blood pressure. The sessions are with Maria (Happy Child Yoga) on Mondays 11am - 12pm and Sundays 9.30am-10.30am at the Stow (Moot House, Harlow CM20 3AG).
It is offered on a sliding scale with suggestion of £7 / £5 for concessions weekly term time .
