ECL Inclusive Employment

ECL Inclusive Employment support adults with a diagnosed learning disability and/or autism to find paid employment. This is a free service for individuals aged 18 or over, with a diagnosis of autism or learning disability, and to any employer ready to embrace a diverse workforce.

We will get to know you and together we will complete a vocational profile to establish your skills, experience, and personal employment goals. All types of jobs in any sector can be considered, it could be full-time or part-time paid employment.

If you’re not quite ready for paid employment, we will signpost and support you to get additional skills and experience. We will support you through the job application and interview process and then provide on the job coaching for as long as it takes for you to become confident in your role.  Click 'REFER' to make a referral into this service.

How are services delivered?

Anyone aged 18 or over with a diagnosis of autism or learning disability.

In the community, e.g. libraries, coffee shops, or in the person's home.
