Rainbow Services- Singing for Lung Health
Rainbow Services- Singing for Lung Health is open to anyone with a respiratory disease which can include: Long covid, asthma, COPD and many more! It can also include breathlessness from other conditions, such as heart conditions. Singing supports people to breathe more effectively and more efficiently meaning we can improve our breathing, improve our lung fitness and see improvements with being able to walk further without being breathless.

Singing for Lung Health meets every Tuesday from 2pm for a cuppa and 2.30pm for singing. Its held at the Gateway Freedom Church, Maddox Road, Harlow, CM20 3RW. We ask for a voluntary (suggested) donation of £1
