Harlow Council: Environmental Health
The Environmental Health Team is dedicated to solving issues related to: Food safety, health and safety at work, infectious disease control, food hygiene training courses, skin piercing and tattooists, private sector housing disrepair, mould, disabled facilities grants, adaptations, minor repair grants, public health, noise complaints, nuisances, pests/animals and private water supplies.

Who can use this service?
How are services delivered?
The service is generally free to residents in the district except for some pest control treatments. A list of charges is available on the Harlow Council website.
Environmental Health is located at the Council offices in the Civic Centre. We deliver our service via phone, email and face to face when appropriate.
