Essex Wellbeing Service: Sleep

Getting your sleep on track can improve your immune system and mental wellbeing. There are many things you can do to improve your sleep. This will often involve being aware of your overall lifestyle including diet, levels of physical activity and self-esteem. Sleep support through EWS is provided via Amara Health - an app that integrates with a variety of trackers to help you manage your health and wellbeing journey at your own pace.
