Connect: Harlow & District Stoma Group
Support group for people living with a stoma. The meetings are an opportunity to meet others sharing similar experiences and offer each other practical and emotional support. The group has a monthly programme of events, with meet ups on the second Tuesday of the month, 10.30am to 12pm, and with guest speakers on occasion. Worried about your new or existing stoma? Struggling to cope with anxiety, body image or low self esteem? Need someone to talk to? Partners, family and friends are more than welcome. Tea, coffee and a chat are free We meet at the Link Social Club in Harlow where this is a large car park and easy access.
