Buddy Up Project (Harlow & Uttlesford)

The Buddy Up Project supports adults 18+ with autism, learning disabilities or both into community based activities by connecting them with buddies in the community. If you know someone or are someone living locally and/or attending a GP Practice in Harlow and Uttlesford who would like to hear more about this project, then please do get in touch.

The individual can choose any activity they want to access, such as exercise or going for a coffee. The Buddy Up Project helps to reduce social isolation and increase confidence

How are services delivered?

Adults 18+ with autism, learning disabilities or both living or attending a GP surgery in Harlow and Uttlesford.

This service will be delivered face to face.
