EPUT: Macmillan HOPE (Help Overcoming Problems Effectively) Course
HOPE is a free six week course to support you after cancer treatment. Each course is run by a health and social care professional and a trained volunteer who has a personal experience of cancer. We look at various topics that patients may find challenging like managing fatigue, eating better, sleeping better, becoming more physically active, dealing with concerns and worries, body image and relationships. You can share your experiences and get support from other people going through the same thing.
