Home-Start Essex: Baby Massage Group
Free baby massage classes in Uttlesford, Harlow and Epping Forest for parents with a baby up to 12 months old. The group will offer parents the opportunity to learn baby massage techniques, delivered through discussion and instruction, helping parents to lovingly and respectfully communicate with their babies through massage, and enhance parent/child bonding.

The group will be led by our coordinator, Jo, a certified infant massage instructor, who has undertaken training with Baby Massage IAIM UK Chapter. The group will run for 5 sessions.
Who can use this service?
Parents and carers with a baby under 12 months.
