Theraputic Nature and Art Making-Making Space Project for unpaid carers

This is a free group for Harlow UNPAID CARERS or those using Harlow support services. Groups run usually runs on a Thursday using mindfulness and grounding techniques for respite from caring. The sessions will give you an opportunity to enjoy local culture (including nature), get creative and meet others. Explore your creative side in a relaxed and supportive group. An interest in being creative is more important than formal skills. All art materials provided, + tea & biscuits. This is a collaborative project with Harlow Art Trust.

  • The Nature and Art Making Group is usually on Thursdays 
  • Sessions will be guided by Sarah Bracey- art Therapist and supported by Catherine Kiff -Eco-phychotherapist
