Theraputic Nature and Art Making

Are you interested in nature and art - this is a free group for Harlow adults living or using Harlow support services. Groups run on Thursdays at 10 am - 12 noon using mindfulness and grounding techniques. The sessions will give you an opportunity to enjoy local nature, get creative and meet others. Explore your creative side in a relaxed and supportive group. An interest in being creative is more important than formal skills. All art materials provided, with tea & biscuits.

  • The Nature and Art Making Group is on Thursday mornings - 10 am-12 noon 
  • Sessions will be guided by Sarah Bracey- art Therapist and supported by Catherine Kiff -Eco-phychotherapist
