Rainbow Services : Our Health Matters

Do you know the best way to access health services? What barriers do you face to getting the care you need? We are working with the NHS on a pilot project to help people get the care they need quickly and easily. We want to hear from people who have struggled to get help, especially with respiratory disease, cancer, mental ill health or weight issues.
