HEMU: Advice and Information Service
The Harlow Ethnic Minority Umbrella (HEMU) helps to improve the minority ethnic communities within Harlow. We are a non-profit voluntary group. We aim to develop education and eradicate poverty and injustice and stand for fairness and understanding. We are based in Harlow, Essex and we offer advice, support and information for all ethnic minorities. These communities represent a variety of ages and styles within the Harlow community.
