The Leah Manning Centre - Harlow

The Leah Manning Day Centre provides specialist day care for older people with higher levels of needs, administered by Harlow Council working in partnership with Essex County Council, Adult Social Care, and Self referrals. The centre and our highly trained and skilled staff provide person centered support and offers a wide range of stimulating activities to support individuals to maximise independence and to gain and maintain skills for everyday living, enabling them to be part of their local community and meet new people.

Each individual will have a person centred care plan to support with achieving their aims goals and aspirations. Each individual is offered a choice and control over the activities they wish to participate in.

We do include in the sessions:

Transport to and from your home (Within Harlow)

A two-course hot meal.

A higher level of care support.
