We’re a community hub which offers free food, home essentials, clothes, toys and more to anyone that needs it, without assessment or referral - just walk in. Our service runs once a week in 4 different locations - Ongar, Chigwell, Loughton and Waltham Abbey.
- Monday: Waltham Abbey, 11am-1pm
- Tuesday: Loughton, 11am-1pm
- Wednesday: Chigwell Row, 4.45am-6.00pm
- Thursday: Ongar, 1.00pm-2.30pm
- Friday: Waltham Abbey, 11am-1pm

No assessment or referral needed - just drop in. We will have all the basic groceries and essentials for you and your family.
