Dunmow Stroke Support Group

The Group has supervised seated exercises for Stroke Survivors, plus social interaction. At our meetings we major on exercises for about an hour then have a chat over a cup of tea and biscuits. We also run bi-monthly seated yoga sessions. Occasionally we arrange outings or get involved in activities in the community. We usually manage 2 or 3 outings a year. We run this to help stroke survivors participate in exercises to the best of their ability in a supportive environment.

You can get in touch with this group for up-to-date information about activities using the web form. Your contact details will go straight to the group leader so they can get in touch: https://www.stroke.org.uk/finding-support/clubs-and-groups/dunmow-district-stroke-support-group#:~:text=If%20you%20or%20someone%20you,Milne%20by%20calling%2001371%20875370.
