St Clare Hospice: Clinical Services
Our Hospice team provide specialist palliative care across West Essex and the East Herts border, working to deliver excellent care for patients and their families. Our specialist clinical team consists of Doctors, Specialist Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychological Therapists, Counsellors, Social Workers and Chaplains.

Who can use this service?
The service is available free of charge to patients and their families. Patients need to be referred by their GP.
How are services delivered?
The services are delivered as either In-Patient, Day Therapy, Community, Out patients and Bereavement Support.
