The Box Counselling Service

The Box Counselling Service is available to young people in Epping Forest. Counselling provides a safe space where time has been set aside to help you talk about things you need to. Talking to a counsellor is different from talking to a friend or family member. Counselling is confidential and the counsellor won't judge you or what you say. All our counsellors are qualified and experienced in working with young people.

Once a referral has been received by us a counsellor will text or email you back within 48 hours (Mon - Fri) to advise on current waiting times and arrange a follow up phone call or introductory session to discuss your needs.

Please note that while support can be offered with bereavement depending on a client's needs/circumstances, The Box does not offer specialist bereavement counselling.
