Contact Harlow are the Customer Service Team at Harlow Council. We are able to advise or signpost on issues including Benefits, Council Tax, Homelessness, General Housing enquiries as well as bin collections and environmental enquiries.

Housing Needs Register applications can be completed online as well as Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support claims.
Payments can be made online or by calling 01279 446600. Reports on environmental issues such as fly tipping or reporting a missed bin can also be made online.
We have a team of Customer Advisors at Contact Harlow who are available by phone from 09.00-16.45 on 01279 446655. They can give general advice, raise enquiries and are the first point of contact for Harlow Council.
You can also contact an Officer from the Housing Benefit / Council Tax Support Team on 01279 446633 and for Council Tax bills call 01279 446688 between 09:00 - 17:00.
