Mind in West Essex: Futures in Mind
We run community groups and activities that allow adults 18+ who are recovering from Mental Health issues to meet others who are also recovering and feel included in friendly, sociable activities. The Peer Support Volunteers who run these groups are all people who have experienced mental ill health.
Covid-19 Update: Our service remains open, delivering phone/text/Skype (or similar) based support. Referrals can still be made to this service. Face-to-face sessions are suspended. Our 'Live Chat' facility is also open - access via our website https://www.futuresinmind.org.uk/
We are NOT a 'crisis' response mental health team so please do not refer into this service in a crisis situation.
