Citizens Advice Harlow
We offer information and advice on issues such as benefits, money, debt, relationships, housing, employment, legal, consumer, discrimination and energy. We can also assist with making phone calls, writing letters, completing forms, negotiating on your behalf and directing you to other useful organisations.
We do not have a drop-in service at this office, so all appointments are made via the telephone. You will have a short initial assessment after which you may be offered one or more of the following appointment options:
- Benefit specialist
- DRO specialist
- Debt specialist
- Housing specialist
- Free 30 minute appointment with a solicitor
- Referral to another agency
- Energy specialists to provide practical tips on managing rising energy costs, making homes more energy-efficient, and helping residents save money on bills.
