Citizens Advice Harlow

Citizens Advice Harlow provides free, independent, confidential and impartial support through accredited advice delivered by highly trained specialists. We help people build the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward, whoever they are and whatever their problem. Our teams provide information, advice and casework across a wide range of issues, including benefits, money, debt, housing, employment, relationship and family matters, legal and consumer issues, discrimination, immigration and energy. Where needed, we can also provide practical support making phone calls, drafting letters, helping to complete forms,

Our service is not a drop-in. Our office is open by appointment only, and appointments must be pre-booked by telephone.

When you contact us, we will complete a short initial assessment to understand what you need. After that, you may be offered one or more appointment options, including in-person at our office, by phone or video, or at one of our outreach locations across the community (subject to availability and suitability).
