Rainbow Services: Community Builder Dementia
We work closely with the Harlow Dementia Action Alliance to improve dementia awareness, develop dementia friendly activities and provide information and training to help those living with dementia, their carers and other professionals. We run coffee mornings, dance sessions and an opportunity to help in a walled garden. Please get in touch to find out more details .
Coffee Stop takes place every Tuesday 10:30 to 12pm at St James Church, Perry Road, Harlow, CM18 7NP. All are welcome. Starts at 10.30 a.m.- 12 noon.
Nature's Choice: A chance to connect with nature. Takes place every Monday at the Walled Garden in Harlow Town Park, Park Ln, Harlow, CM20 2QQ. Runs from 1pm - 3pm.
Wrights Court takes place every Friday 10:30am to 12pm at Wrights Court, Potter Street, CM17 9BB. All are welcome.
Dementia Freindly Dance Group meets on the 2nd Friday of each month 1pm to 2.30pm at St Mary at Latton Church Hall, The Gowers, Harlow, CM20 2JP. A fun and creative dance class led by Green Candle Dance Company.
The Happiness Project meets on the 4th Friday of each month, 1pm to 2.30pm at St Mary at Latton Church Hall, The Gowers, Harlow, CM20 2JP Using an interactive projection system, this is a fun way to stimulate the body and the brain.
The Young Onset Dementia Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 12.30pm to 2pm at Harlow Playhouse, College Square, Harlow CM20 1LS.
