AFFC: Activity groups for people with Dementia or Memory Problems

Our groups help people with Dementia or Memory problems and their Carers. Keeping Active groups offer the change to engage in a wide range of physical activities. The Active Minds group consists of activities that stimulate mind and memory. Both groups offer the chance to socialise and have fun.
